About me
I graduated from Columbia University with my MSW over 30 years ago. I have worked with countless children and families throughout my career. My experience working in NYC Public Schools for over 20 years has given me the opportunity to clinically support an extremely diverse population of children as well as their families. Since beginning my private practice, I have had the opportunity to delve deeper with my clients in a way that can provide a longer lasting impact on their healing and growth.

My approach
My approach is eclectic and tailored to individuals needs. My training is psychodynamic and strongly trauma informed. I provide a supportive environment and offer suggestions when warranted and wanted. My goal is to provide a safe space where people feel they can challenge themselves to increase their growth.

What to expect
I offer free consultations to discuss what brings you into therapy, and as an opportunity for you to see how you feel speaking with me, so you can decide if you think it could be a good fit. If you decide to schedule an appointment, I will ask you to fill our some simple paper work and we can schedule our first session. Establishing a therapeutic relationship is a process and it can take time to feel safe and comfortable.
